Face yoga is a series of exercises that activate the muscles of the face, neck, and décolleté to increase, circulation, tighten the skin, and create a natural lifting effect.
It is based on conscious muscle activation, relaxation, and proper breathing.
- Boosts blood circulation → brighter, more radiant skin.
- Releases fascia tension → reduces tightness and stiffness.
- Strengthens facial muscles → firmer, lifted appearance.
- Supports lymphatic drainage → reduces puffiness.
- Perform each movement for 10–20 seconds.
- Repeat 3–5 times per week.
- Movements should be controlled and pain-free
1) Stimulate lymph points under the ears, chin, and collarbone.
2) Apply a light oil (jojoba, argan, grapeseed) for glide.
Cleanse after the session and lightly moisturize.
